The Legacy
There wouldn't be a West to East if it wasn't for Lee Hubbard. The hunter in this photo introduced me to all things outdoors. His stories of dangerous adventures across North America left me dreaming of big game hunts since the age of 5. Some people called him "Lee", I had the pleasure of calling him "Papo". Everyone has someone to accredit for their love for the outdoors. For me? That person was my grandpa.
The Name
West to east stems from the Bible verse psalm 103:12 "As far as the East is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us". We want to give people the opportunity to honor god through the clothes they wear. We are fulfilled in knowing that our designs point back to the designer.
The Style
I always grew up in the outdoors but never dressed like a "Hunter". We strive to make designs that can be worn by someone that hunts once a year or every day.
The Story
West to East had always been a dream. It wasn't until an Auburn University Internship program that it came to life. Starting as a hunting production company, the business somehow found its way into making apparel. A fun way to make money for hunting trips turned into a passion for apparel design.
The Vision
We didn't create this brand to just be another apparel or content company. It may sound crazy to some, but we believe west to east is going to have a lasting impact on the world. Starting in the fall of 2026 we will be partnering with a Christian School in Africa (more details to come). The brand will literally be going from WEST to EAST!!! Why?Because this life isn't about building our brand but about building HIS KINGDOM.
